However, this does not apply to outdoor areas of elderly welfare institutions or indoor smoking rooms equipped with independent air conditioning and partitions.<br>&nbsp;(4) Indoor areas of government agencies and state-owned enterprises.<br>&nbsp;(5) Public transportation vehicles, taxis, tour buses, stations, and passenger waiting rooms.<br>&nbsp;(6) Locations for manufacturing, storing, or selling flammable or explosive materials.<br>&nbsp;(7) Business premises of financial institutions, post offices, and telecommunications enterprises.<br>&nbsp;(8) Indoor venues for sports, exercise, or fitness activities.<br>&nbsp;(9) Classrooms, reading rooms, laboratories, performance halls, auditoriums, exhibition rooms, meeting rooms (halls), and elevator cars.<br>&nbsp;(10) Opera houses, cinemas, audiovisual karaoke establishments, internet recreational venues, and other indoor public leisure and entertainment locations.<br>&nbsp;(11) Hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and other indoor public consumption venues.
