A.“Pre-marriage Health Screening” reimbursement: $1,595 for women/ $655 for men

Various channels to promote children health screening and using web pages to promote health screening (including Chinese/ Vietnamese, Chinese/ Indonesia, and Chinese/ Thai) .

The Law on Employment and its by-laws stipulates that health examination is required for all foreign workers, housemaids and caretakers upon their arrival in Taiwan, and again in the 6th, 18th, and 30th month during their stay for employment. Items of examination include chest X-ray, syphilis test, stool examination for parasites, physical examination (including mental condition), and examination for Hansen's disease.
